PUNTA PRIMA  
Punta Prima is situated a ten-minute drive south of Torrevieja, where you can find various amenities such as the shopping complex, Las Habaneras, a water park, Pacha nightclub, a casino, ten-pin bowling, a marina, submarine tours, boat trips, and Playa Flamenca with its beautiful beaches. For those feeling energetic, you can reach Torrevieja on foot in a mere thirty-minute stroll along the coast, or there is an hourly bus service to take you there.

ACTIVITIES AND THINGS TO DO IN PUNTA PRIMA 
Go-karting is a must when visiting Punta Prima, followed by a visit to Asturia Restaurant, a large establishment with English-speaking staff. The food is of very high quality, especially the various paellas, and offers good value for money. There is free parking with Mediterranean views.

There are three golf courses in the area, as well as opportunities for water sports, fishing, and sailing. You can visit the local market on Saturdays at Playa Flamenca to buy fruits, vegetables, shoes, bags, and clothes.

THE BEACHES 
Located opposite the complex is the beach of Rocio del Mar, which has been awarded the Blue Flag and “Q” for tourist quality. Other nearby beaches and coves include Punta Prima beach, La Zenia Beach, Cala Ferris, and Playa Flamenca.

GOLF COURSES 
Several golf courses are open year-round near the urbanization. Renowned for their reputation and quality are Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Campoamor, all of which feature 18 holes.

AMENITIES
The urbanization is surrounded by all types of services throughout the year. There are several commercial areas nearby with a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Additionally, two large shopping centers are located nearby: Zenia Boulevard on Orihuela Costa and Habaneras in Torrevieja. Torrevieja hospital is just 3 km from the complex.

RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS
Punta Prima boasts a commercial center with an Eroski supermarket, Wok Buffet (Chinese) restaurant, Captain’s Table (serving fish and chips, Sunday roasts, and breakfasts), Amigos bar, a Chinese restaurant, Greta Garbos (a Swedish restaurant open in the evenings), Subway, Timeless Fashions (featuring English clothing), Milar, Druni, The Card Place, Nautilus Plaza (offering American-style hamburgers and ice creams), Yu Chinese restaurant (a more upscale option), Murphy’s Irish Pub, and Emilio’s Italian restaurant and takeout.

Additional dining options can be found along the N332, including Rogues Carvery, Rogues Fish Bar, Puccini Italian, a German restaurant, Ghandi Indian, two Chinese restaurants (including Dinastia), and several bars. For major food shopping, we recommend visiting the Carrefour hypermarket in Torrevieja.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR HOLIDAY HOME
We kindly ask you to read the following information carefully.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation? 
You have booked an accommodation through our website. We will send the travel documents to your email address as soon as possible. After our confirmation, your booking is definite.

When do I make the down payment?
The down payment of 30% of the rental price has to be made within 5 days after the invoice date. All payments have to be pay through bank transfer. Your payment statement and the booking confirmation together can be used as the rental contract.

Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, you will have to pay a deposit of 250 to 300€. This deposit will be refunded to you within 8 days after departure. Possible costs for damage will be deducted from the refunded deposit.

Once you are back home, I would also like to ask you to provide your bank account number so that we can refund the security deposit quickly and efficiently.

How do I arrange the Key handover?
We list all properties on behalf of owners who have appointed a local management team. This team ensures that your holiday accommodation is ready for your arrival and is available to assist you during your stay. If there are any delays in your arrival, please inform the accommodation manager, as they may have multiple appointments at different locations.

To ensure that everything goes smoothly for your upcoming stay, we would like to receive your arrival details as soon as possible.
We kindly request that you provide this information no later than 4 weeks before your arrival date. This will help us make the necessary preparations for your stay. 

The accommodation manager is been informed about your booking today. The details of the accommodation manager will be given to you after we receive your mail.

At what time do I need to arrive at my holiday home?
Every day of arrival is also a day of departure. Guests are able to arrive between 16.00 and 23.00 hrs. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hrs. You will find more information in your travel documents.

Key deliveries after 23.00 hours at additional costs 25€, refundable form the deposit.  In case you would like to arrive earlier or later, please discuss this with the accommodation manager. It may be an option!

Are bed and bath linen included in the rental price?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen are included in the rental price. We advise our guests to bring a beach towel themselves to use at the swimming pool or at the beach. The same goes for the bedding for baby cots.

Use of electricity
The rental rates include energy costs, except when your consumption exceeds 85 kWh for a 2-bedroom property or 120 kWh for a 3-bedroom property. In these instances, any excess usage will be deducted from your deposit at a rate of 0.35€ per kWh.

The key manager will be available to provide further clarification on -site.
